FAQ

Common questions before you open the portal.

These answers explain what the platform is intended to do, where users remain responsible, and which operating details should be confirmed during onboarding.

Does Grant Funding Intelligence submit applications for us?

No. The platform helps teams discover opportunities, assess fit, organise evidence, and prepare application material. Your organisation remains responsible for final checks and submission.

Which sectors does the platform focus on?

The current public positioning focuses on education, SEND, mental health, care, and community organisations, with broader UK grant discovery and a North West regional emphasis.

How are grant records maintained?

Records are intended to combine source-led ingestion, freshness checks, review queues, and human publication decisions before teams rely on them for application work.

What does AI do in the platform?

AI can assist with summarising, drafting, and readiness guidance, but outputs must be reviewed by users and should not be treated as guaranteed compliance or guaranteed funding success.

Can a team collaborate inside the product?

Yes. The authenticated portal includes team workspaces, saved opportunities, organisation profiles, tasks, notes, draft review, and application preparation flows.

Is pricing final?

The pricing page describes intended product boundaries for early teams. Commercial terms, billing, and entitlements should be confirmed before production customer onboarding.
